Diederich Seckelmann

Dipl. Kfm. Diederich Seckelmann  has over 30 years experience as a HR professional. He held various senior positions in large companies in the technology industries. Since 1993 he has been an independent consultant and "change manager" for international companies, banks and medium-sized enterprises.

He has extensive experience in the design and implementation of projects in the areas of salary and wage calculation, employees and management development, human resources and organization restructuring. As editor of an international salary comparison compensation, he helps companies with benchmarks. He is active in the youth development of HR professionals. As a board member of a venture capital company he contributes to the promotion of entrepreneurs in the high tech sector. Through continued support of small and medium-sized enterprises in all HR matters, he helps on the one hand to keep the staff costs "under control" and on the other hand  to develop employee potential.
