PhD.-Ing. Martin Schütz

PhD.-Ing. Martin Schütz is an experienced practitioner with proven leadership skills and intercultural experience in international teams. In his work he focuses on product development and industrialization in mid-sized companies and international concerns.

He can refer to many years of experience in restructuring and business development in the automotive industry, plant engineering and electrical engineering / electronics. Mr. Schütz is taking the resposibility in challenging situations, for the turnaround, as Technical Officer (CTO) or as a project manager for technically demanding and generally critical projects. His operation methods are described as result- and action-oriented. He also stands for the combination of technology and economic by demonstrating high social competence.
