PhD.  Joachim Schläper has 30 years of technical and management experience in the automotive industry, including various management positions in IT, supply management and purchasing. Today he is an independent corporate and college advisor and a lecturer at the RWTH Aachen and HTW Berlin.
PhD. Joachim Schläper advises in the areas of corporate management, purchasing & procurement, logistics, IT and product development.

His core competencies:
Strategy development, target development and implementation, organizational development, esp. Globalization projects, corporate design, in-and outsourcing projects, business model development, structure and organization of business management to the team level, strategic and operating purchasing, supplier and contract management, process analysis, design and implementation, project design and structuring, and project management.

Among his methodological skills:
Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Total Quality Management (TQM), cost-benefit analysis, portfolio technology, creative techniques (brainstorming, mind mapping, scenarios), assessment centers, 360 degree feedback and supervision

Commitment:
PhD. Joachim Schläper worked in the Foundation of German Business (sdw) as a jury member in the award of scholarships to gifted students.
