Edgar Urban– Commercial practice & Administration

Our partner for all commercial practice and administration adreas is Edgar Urban. Since January 2010, he is Senior Partner of
AlphaManagement.

His studies in business administration at the University of Saarbruecken were followed by more than 25 years of practice in different positions as head of finance, director business development and commercial executive director for renowned international companies - local and abroad. He continuously broaded his skills through post-graduate studies within his core competencies in the areas of finance, strategy and sales. Furthermore, his activities are also based on extensive operative experience in budgeting, controlling, corporate finance, M&A, restructuring and founding of companies.
