Holger Groß – Dipl.-Kfm., member of the advisory board of  AC ALPHAMANAGEMENT GMBH

Business graduate, Holger Groß, has served on the Advisory Board of AC ALPHA MANAGEMENT GMBH since July 2009. As a consultant and Interim Manager, he was responsible for a variety of appointments at mid-size family businesses over the past 15 years.

In such a cohnizant and complex environment, Holger Groß accompanies his clients on corporate transactions, succession planning and other far-reaching change processes. As merger tie-up manager, chief representative or CFO, he takes over the role of management in time-critical circumstances.

Holger Groß is editor and author of several publications.
