Michael Tackenberg

Michael Tackenberg, born in 1948, is working since 2000 as an independent consultant in the areas of management, turnaround, interim management with focus on national and international distribution including abroad.
 
After his education as a Dipl.-Kfm. he was over 25 years in sales and management positions (CEO, board of managers), including three years working in South Africa in major industrial companies and different sectors. His focuses are on sales nationally and internationally, turnaround management, preparation and implementation of rehabilitation restructuring and optimization projects, interim management, as well as a sparring partner for management.
