As a client of AlphaManagement, you will benefit from standardized and proven processes. This makes the cooperation easy and ensures that the goals you have set can rapidly be achieved. We are always moving forward and addressing problems in a solution-based manner:

1. Provide us with a description of the tasks and the particular challenges therein.
2. Together with you we will draw up a job-specification for the desired manager with you over the phone, or gladly during a personal visit you at your premises.
3. We then select the most appropriate AlphaManager for the project from the AlphaManagement Pool. Besides the technical and social skills we also consider the current availability and fees associated with the AlphaManagers.
4. As soon as 48 hours later, you will receive short-profiles of suitble AlphaManagers.
5. Thereupon you decide which of the candidates you wish to see in a one-to-one interview. Together we will conduct the consultation at your location.
6. Once the appropriate AlphaManager is identified, you issue the order - whereupon a contract is concluded between us.
7. The AlphaManager will work as an independent contractor in your company, and within the framework of a service contract.
8. Billing is carried out by AlphaManagement.
9. In as little as 14 days, the AlphaManager can significantly contribute to the success of your company.
10. AlphaManagement coaches the AlphaManager during the entire assignment in your company and regularly exchanges information with the manager.
