Example 1

Strategic realignment of a listed IT service provider who came close to insolvency caused by a liquidity shortage, provoked by the melting of its total revenues, and primarily due to market turmoil.
The aim was to reach a sustainable improvement of the financial situation by means of strategic realignment as well as structural changes and optimization of internal business process. In addittion, there was a realigning and rounding off the business with new meaningful alliances and partnerships. The objective of securing the company's activities was managed by a radical change in the process-, product- and personnel structures in the first step (adorn the bride), and a consecutive merger with another market actor.
 

Example 2

An international mechanical engineering component supplier aims to integrate a recently purchased German subsidiary more actively in its group to raise synergistic effects. The acting managing director refuses to cooperate. A few hours after his release, an Alpha Interim CEO who is acquainted with the client's industry and the products, is established. He implements the integration of subsidiaries into the group, shifts the location, and trains a new CEO. Within 12 months, he fulfils all of the client's expectations. Therefore, the customer wants to appoint him for further projects.
