When AC Alpha Management GmbH was founded in 1979, it was not our intention to pioneer - at that time - a totally unknown market in Germany as well as in many other countries.

We became the first Interim Management provider by introducing the principle of Interim Management in Germany

 Independently-working consultants instead of full-time employees 
 Assumption of short-term management tasks through solution-based thinking and operational decision-making
 Assigning of experienced managers and specialists spanning many years of industry practice
 

Once, the founding members put it this way: "We wanted to be a hub for practice-oriented know-how, with professional and experienced consultants on one side of the market, and the companies that need this know-how on the other side. This service was new at that time, and like everything new - not without controversy. Therefore, one of our main principles was to proceed with the utmost sense of professionalism."

We are still loyal to these principles, and innovative thinking is the reason why we live the idea of networking in everything we do. Achieving 100% of the solutions that entail daunting tasks can only arise in an environment of trust, experience and flexibility. The AlphaIntranet with an interactive Manager-Portal and Partner-Portal goes online. Alpha organizes the federal forum Interim Management of the AIMP in Wiesbaden (member of AIMP since 2006)

2008
Alpha organizes the symposium Interim Management along with the European Business School (EBS).
